In this Policy, "we", "our", and "us" refer to Nicolas Bedon and True South Strength LLC.

If you use the TrueCoach app, additional data such as workout activity, progress logs, or third-party fitness integrations (e.g. wearable trackers) may also be collected depending on your settings and consents.

Relationship with Shopify: Our store is hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of our services. Information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and third parties located in countries other than where you reside.
