Thank you for choosing www.nicobedon.com. We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and fitness programs. Please read the following Refund and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Subscription-Based Services


1.1 All subscription plans (monthly or otherwise) are non-refundable once payment has been processed, unless required by law.


1.2 Subscription plans auto-renew each billing cycle unless canceled by the user via email at help@nicobedon.com prior to the renewal date.


1.3 Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the current billing cycle.

2. Coaching Programs & Custom Services


2.1 Program duration and scope are determined during the onboarding process between the client and coach. Once a program begins, no refunds or exchanges will be issued for remaining or unused sessions.


2.2 If you experience a medical or personal issue that prevents you from completing a program, you may be eligible for a Membership Pause in accordance with our pause policy (see Membership Pause section in our Terms & Conditions).

3. Membership Pause (Flexible Access Option)


3.1 You may request a pause in your subscription under certain circumstances, including:


  • Medical issues
  • Maternity leave
  • Extended travel
  • Financial hardship


3.2 Pause requests must:


  • Be submitted to help@nicobedon.com at least 2 business days before your next billing date
  • Be a minimum of 4 weeks in duration and no longer than 16 cumulative weeks per calendar year
  • Be approved by the NicoBedon team (approval is not automatic)


3.3 No refunds will be issued for pause periods. Instead, billing will be suspended during the approved pause window.

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments


4.1 If you believe you have been charged in error or billed multiple times, please contact help@nicobedon.com within 7 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and, if applicable, issue a full or partial refund.

5. Exceptional Circumstances


5.1 We understand life can be unpredictable. If you believe you qualify for a refund due to exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious injury, hospitalization), please email help@nicobedon.com with a detailed explanation. Supporting documentation may be required.


5.2 These cases are assessed on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.

6. No Exchanges on Digital Goods



6.1 All digital training programs, downloadable materials, and app-based access are non-transferable and non-exchangeable once delivered or activated.
